The Price Partnership Team

Simon is a fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, he qualified in 1982 and has over 25 years experience of practice in London and the Home Counties.

He is a fellow of The Faculty of Party Wall Surveyors, an educational organisation with the aim of improving practice in Party Wall matters, and South London Regional Director and a Director at National Board level - plus a member of the Pyramus & Thisbe Club.

Richard is a qualified associate of The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, having lived in Fulham for many years he has recently moved to Hampshire with his wife and young son.

When he is not at work his time is very much taken up with family but on the occasions he can get away he enjoys sailing, tennis and amateur dramatics.

Sue was a full time Secretary for Price Partnership for many years but emigrated to America with her husband a few years ago. With the benefits of modern technology she is still involved, preparing many of the Building Survey Reports and dealing with much of the correspondence and Practice Management.

She is a keen long distance runner and when not at the keyboard she is usually out running or walking with her rescue dog "Bear".

Teresa works full time as the Practice Manager and is more than likely the person who will answer the phone at the Fulham Office. She started at Price Partnership early in 2011, lives locally and her interests include spending time with her husband and teenage daughter, reading, gardening, cooking, swimming and has a keen interest is historical matters.
